If you missed in on air never fear...I have the first tip in the new series called "Doding the Dead". In this series I provide YOU with tips on how to be better prepared for the oncoming Zombie Apocalypse! So without further to do here is the first tip!
Tip #1: CARDIO
Yes thats right cardio! While slinging around weights and having huge muscles has its place, all of that will not compare to the benefits of good cardio. When the time comes to run, and trust me that time will come, you will be glad you had good cardio. You don't have to be the fastest person in the group, all you need is to be faster than one person! As mean as it sounds, it is survival of the fittest and most prepared and if you are able to out run someone to bad for them! So there you have it CARDIO....get it or get eaten!
